TalentServed Adds Director for West Coast
TalentServed.com, a thriving hospitality recruiting firm that continues to make waves in the hospitality industry, is pleased to welcome Eric Bohlander as their newest Director of Recruiting in Southern California.
Eric brings a deep California hospitality network and strong operational acumen to the table as he has spent over 10 years leading and opening restaurants for Yardhouse and Romano’s Macaroni Grill throughout the West Coast. As Eric’s career progressed, he moved into supporting operations by recruiting and delivering top shelf talent. Prior to joining TalentServed, Eric was an internal Recruiter for Umami Burger where he spearheaded talent acquisition, enabling the NRN Hot Concept award winning organization to expand nationwide.
Eric will be responsible for engaging new business throughout the West and delivering appropriate candidates for TalentServed clients in the region and across the country.
