The Area Director is a multi-unit restaurant leadership role that will have operational oversight of three locations in Florida including St. Petersburg, Sarasota, and Pensacola. The role is based in Tampa, FL at the headquarters of the established restaurant group and will be charged with the strategic development, administration, and achievement of long-term goals. The Area Director will increase profitability and elevate operational excellence with a focus on service, sales, restaurant environment, systems, cleanliness, food safety, menu, and beverage program. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Area Director will support and develop the General Managers of each restaurant to achieve top performance for the brand.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a GM for a full-service restaurant with at least 2 years as a multi-unit leader
Excellent communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft products
Solid understanding of driving financial results, reporting and controlling costs
Ability to travel as required
Track record of effective leadership
Understanding of wine/cocktail/beverage programs
