This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced multi-property Area Revenue Manager to oversee 7-9 branded hotels located in multiple markets. The position is based out of the management company's headquarter office in Raleigh, NC, and reports to the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing. The Area Revenue Manager is a valued and key member of the leadership team who is responsible for working with hotel General Managers and Directors of Sales on optimizing revenues and increasing market share by monitoring and implementing pricing strategies and managing booking channels. Additionally, this individual will produce revenue forecast, budget, and pace reporting as well as provide critical analysis of strategies.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
Must have 3 or more years of experience as a revenue manager with at least 1 year with multi-property oversight
Prior brand experience with Hyatt, Marriott, and or Hilton is required
Must be able to report to the office in Raleigh, NC
Solid aptitude to perform numerical analysis of data and formulate conclusions and solutions
Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
