You will lead the team in service and execution on a daily basis. In charge of all departments, you are a critical part of the leadership of the restaurant. You are a guest service master, a team coach and people developer, strong in financials and budgets, with a keen sense of sales and trends to correspond with labor.
At least 2 years of salaried manager experience in a full service concept.
Volume experience over $2M/Yr.
Completion of a manager training program highly recommended.
A great attitude and energy.
Ability to think on your feet and make decisions, this is not a concept that has an operations manual for everything. We need you to LEAD!
