We are looking for a great, hands on leader for our clients location in Hilliard. Top level AKM or Sous Chef with a solid foundation in managing a large, diverse BOH team. Strong on teaching and coaching, with a proven background in training, hiring, ordering & inventory, budgets, labor, forecasts, etc. National Restaurant group with a great base salary, bonus potential, and growth!
2-3 years of AKM or Sous Chef level experience.
Recognized concept experience with mid to high volume background $3M+.
Scratch kitchen background. You know how to go from off the truck, through prep, to line, to plate.
A strong leader and teammate. Hands on coach eager to help the KM and GM.
