In this position, you will assist the General Manager in the supervision and service of all banquet, food and beverage functions, while on duty and in the training of food service staff and sanitation of all banquet food and service areas.

At least 2 years of progressive experience in Events, Banquets, Restaurants or a related field. Previous supervisory responsibility preferred. Strong knowledge of service standards, and different service types. Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
