A Southend Artisan Bakery and Gourmet Grocer are looking for a Catering Sales Manager to build it's off-site delivery and events business. The Catering Sales Manager is a highly responsible sales position involving prospecting, selling, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing events. The Sales Manager must maintain a high level of daily selling activity (personal visits, prospecting calls, lead generation, etc.) ensuring the ability to meet and exceed sales objectives consistently. This position is best for a self-starter that can effectively self manage their business. The concept and its delicious food are highly regarded in Charlotte, so it's an easy product to sell.


*Drive Catering Sales by daily prospecting via email, phone, canvassing, and hosted lunch and learns.
*Develop and grow relationships with key accounts to maximize sales potential.
*Experience selling to a broad cross-section of channels (i.e., corporate, medical, athletics, bridal, education, retail, etc.) with a focus on B2B sales.
*Vast knowledge of local/regional corporate sales opportunities and experience at successfully targeting key decision-makers.
*Motivate, teach, and coach Restaurant Managers to develop sales strategies and tactics that grow catering in their neighborhood.
*Coach and support Restaurant Managers, and Catering Team to ensure consistent perfect execution of all catering orders via confirmation and follow up calls, and appropriate order follow up.
*Possess strong creative and analytical skills to create and assess the impact of sales and marketing programs
