This is an outbound sales position involving prospecting, selling, and coordinating contracted large catered events. The sales team works under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations. The sales team must maintain a high level of daily selling activity (personal visits, prospecting calls, lead generation, etc.) ensuring the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. This person is a role model for embodying our company values and policies.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, highly organized and articulate professional with 5+ years of recent catering sales and/or corporate events experience. Strong knowledge of the local market, an existing contact list and a proven track record of driving measurable sales growth is essential. Professional, polished demeanor with the ability to interact with all types of clients.
