Responsibilities of the catering sales manager will include growing sales through development of relationships with existing corporate and social catering clientele, as well as bringing in new leads by initiating contact with businesses and organizations in Manhattan. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining a catering marketing plan. Ensuring successful operations of catering functions, soliciting client feedback and communicating with operations leadership regularly. The innovation of new ways to improve the catering program through the refinement of menus and client offerings.

-3 years (minimum) of restaurant catering sales experience, at least 1 year of drop-off or on-premise experience
-Knowledge of and experience with institutional catering/dining (B & I especially) will be highly valued
-Exceptional interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills
-Proven success in building a business segment in a competitive environment
-Familiar with catering software
-Able to work in a fast-paced and change-oriented environment
