-The successful candidate will be a focused, high energy professional with 3 years as a minimum of recent sales experience in off-premise catering, banquets, restaurants, event planning, or other segments of the hospitality industry experience a must.
-Strong knowledge of the local market, an existing contact list and a proven track record of driving measurable sales growth are essential.
-Must be computer savvy, detail-oriented, and have strong business administration skills.
-There is a lot of autonomy in this role and the ideal candidate will be a self-directed, highly motivated professional with a contagious enthusiasm for creating one-of-kind special events and promotions.
-Experience with menu development and menu/event planning including social and kosher events a plus.
