5+ Years as a Sous Chef or AKM.
Possess the highest service standards.
Expert Product Knowledge and experience with “Farm To Table” sourcing.
Management Food Handler is required (certification will be paid for if not already certified).
Must be high energy.
Ability to coach and manage teams.
Ability to work with modern restaurant technology.
