Candidates for this Chef de Cuisine position must bring at least 5 years of experience in a premium upscale restaurant Kitchen Manager or Chef capacity with a high volume restaurant group. The Chef de Cuisine will assist store management and culinary teams with day-to-day kitchen operations and will ensure that staff members are trained and knowledgeable about all products including seasonal ingredients and nutritional offerings. The Chef de Cuisine will report to the Corporate Chef and will ensure that appropriate cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are followed. Must have strong organizational and time management skills, and willingness to roll up sleeves and go above and beyond to exceed the expectations of our Guests and always try to find a way to say yes.
