The ideal candidate for this Chef de Cuisine role brings 3+ years of equivalent level experience from another well-known and respected full service restaurant group. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in system-based restaurants. Upward progression in your resume will be looked upon favorably, as well as formal culinary training. We are looking for a Chef with high-volume fine dining restaurant experience with impeccable plating skills. Multiple cuisine backgrounds including modern America, steakhouse and seafood is a huge plus.
