We are looking for a Chef/Kitchen Manager for a popular new Mexican restaurant and social club. The ideal candidate will need to be a well-rounded leader with the ability to produce consistent, high-quality scratch food. This is a hands-on position with the ability to lead your team from behind the line and on expo. This chef will need to run the kitchen like their own business with strong control of food and labor cost. We are looking for an individual who can mentor a team and lead by example and passion.
* 3 plus years as an Executive Chef from a mix of independent and/or corporate restaurant
* Strong ability to identify and control cost
* Passion for your craft and exceeding guests expectations
* High volume experience, $3 million a year plus
* Banquet experience a plus
* Culinary Degree
