Our client needs a high-energy, strategic thinker with a strong financial background and great people leadership skills to join our team
on the Oregon Coast.
They are a high-growth company with 400+ employees and a strong history in development and operation of a unique and synergistic group of
properties, including brewpubs and production brewery, hotels, coffee + bakery facility, and vacation home subdivisions. You’ll have an opportunity to provide oversight and refinement for existing operations as well as assist in the planning and execution of new projects.
You will lead a team of professionals and act as a trusted coach and mentor to the group. This position will oversee accounting, human
resources, IT, and maintenance teams. Working with the other senior leadership, you will participate in all aspects of the companies, including the
assessment and planning of new projects, obtaining and nurturing financial partners and investor groups, and growth/development of operational
The right person for this role will be coming from a progressive, growing restaurant and/or hospitality group with a track record of success.
High level experience and leadership background at the CFO/COO level.
