This role is a great mix of unit operations, R&D, and multi unit rolled in one! Our client is a diverse group with several different concepts in the area and nationally, as well as other industries in the food operations sector. They are looking to add a great chef to the corporate team that can help with menu development as well as lead and develop the field operations teams. You will work out of the corporate office and kitchen as well as on site at locations. Possible travel as well. You may fill in as needed for unit level chefs from time to time.
2-3 years of high level chef experience in a recognized concept
Strong background in casual QSR operations and menu development.

Ability to be very flexible and work a lot of different areas.
Strong desire to teach and coach.
Ability to work in the markets at the store level.
