We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Director to be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans for the
purpose of revenue generation for the company. In conjunction with the CEO, the Director of Sales will
set revenue goals, company-wide and for individual sales executives. The Sales Director will direct and
manage the sales team and all sales activities to meet revenue objectives, analyze data and mentor
members of the sales team.
Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
At least 3 – 5 years’ previous experience as sales manager.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
College or University graduate preferably in a hospitality/business marketing program.
Previous experience in catering, restaurant, event planning, hospitality industry
Knowledge of menu development and event planning for corporate drop-off, social
and special events.
