A growing optometry-focused network of care centers is seeking a hands-on and collaborative Director of Marketing to join its robust team of industry-leading professionals. By uniting the best optometry practices and the right experienced financial partner, this organization is well-positioned for multi-state expansion. The Director of Marketing role reports to and works in close collaboration with the SVP of Business Development. This team member will be responsible for translating and executing marketing objectives in partnership with select marketing vendors to expand the brand reach in each market, drive traffic and improve patient acquisition and retention. This leader will build & execute marketing strategies for each channel including but not limited to the SEO, SEM, social, and email. • MBA or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar related field
• 5-8 years marketing experience, in a multi-practice vision, dental or related healthcare business
• Experience using CRM tools, proficient user of Microsoft Office and G-Suite programs
• Prior Experience with optometry or ophthalmology preferred, multi-site service related experience required
• Proven experience managing SEM, SEO, and social digital marketing agencies
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable with Excel/ Google Sheets and proficient at building reports, and distilling actionable insights to grow the business
• Entrepreneur skills with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and work in a fast-paced rapidly growing environment with the ability to work productively on your own or leading an initiative
