Our client, a well known chef-driven casual dining concept, is seeking a Director of Operations to join their team. The Director of Operations will direct and manage all restaurant operations while actively monitoring operating profit and positively influencing results in areas including; but not limited to: guest service, staff development, and financial performance in direct support of restaurant General Managers. The Director of Operations also implements and monitors compliance with company standards, internal controls, policies and procedures, guest relations, and sanitation. Additionally, the Director of Operations will also ensure timely response to business needs, including field compliance with human resources, facilities-related issues and concerns, and marketing objectives. This position will lead 7 locations in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia for this group.
The ideal candidate for this position brings 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience from a full service restaurant organization. Candidates bringing experience from growth oriented companies are especially valued as this group is growing rapidly and new locations will be opening this year and into the future. The Director of Operations will ideally live in Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina, although the group is willing to consider candidates living anywhere within the region where the restaurants are located.
