Dynamic, high-volume QSR group is looking for a tenured Director of Operations who can motivate, inspire, and coach staff to implement the Company’s vision and exceed performance targets.
The Director of Operations will direct and manage all restaurant operations while actively monitoring operating profit and positively influencing results in areas including; but not limited to: guest service, staff development, and financial performance in direct support of restaurant General Managers. The Director of Operations also implements and monitors compliance with company standards, internal controls, policies and procedures, guest relations, and sanitation. Additionally, the Director of Operations will also ensure timely response to business needs, including field compliance with human resources, facilities-related issues and concerns, and marketing objectives. This position will lead 20 locations in West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Operations management experience for a minimum of 10 years with a minimum of 5 years experience at the multi-unit level.
Experience within the real estate development, site selection, construction management process as related to a franchise platform expansion is strongly preferred.
Must demonstrate a capacity to analyze financial information, provide overviews of the Company’s operational performance through evaluation and interpretation of corporate financial reports and be highly effective in presentations.
