RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Director of Payroll and Benefits will implement and deliver accurate and timely payroll and benefits services system-wide, supporting restaurant operations, field leadership team and support center team. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Director will drive efficiencies and enhancements that are cost-effective, compliant, market competitive and consistent with the company’s overall objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of high-level Payroll and Benefits experience within a corporate environment 
5+ years leading the payroll and benefits functions within a multi-state, multi-unit organization
Retail or restaurant industry experience required
Demonstrated expertise in benefits plans/programs (medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, Life insurance, 401k, HCE plan, accident insurance, indemnity plan coverage)
Experience with Paylocity and Workday highly valuable
The ability to build, lead, and inspire a best in class payroll and benefits team
Excellent team leadership skills and the ability to set goals, accomplish objectives, coach, and counsel while adding to the organizational culture
Personal characteristics reflective of a fast-paced industry: high energy, self-motivated, positive attitude, service oriented, flexible, fun-loving personality, and ethical with a high degree of integrity
