This position offers a competitive base salary ($100k - $120k) + benefits + lucrative bonus potential (up to an additional $20k-$30k annually) + generous auto stipend.
-10 years multi-unit restaurant director-level leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years in a counter service-quick service + drive-thru model.
-Recent responsibility for a minimum of 30 restaurants, preferable across multiple states.
- A sound foundation of knowledge in laws/regulations pertaining to human resources and labor law compliance.
-Must have proven success in establishing credibility across all levels within an organization and experience with guiding District Managers and General Managers regarding staffing, scheduling, and management structures.
-Ability to create budgets, forecasts and income statements (P & L) and leadership ability to lead discussions and take action based on the numbers.
-Excellent overall problem-solving, customer and employee relations, and communication skills.
-Restaurant POS, KDS and drive-thru platform savvy.
