Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional Manager will oversee operations of 8-10 restaurant locations (with General Managers as direct-reports) across a driveable region. This position offers a competitive base salary (DOE) + benefits + lucrative bonus potential (up to an additional $20k-$40k annually) + company car.
-Two years multi-unit leadership experience in either a full-service restaurant or counter service-quick service + delivery model.
- A sound foundation of knowledge in laws/regulations pertaining to human resources and labor law compliance.
-Must have proven success in establishing credibility across all levels within an organization and experience with guiding General Managers regarding staffing, scheduling, and management structures.
-Ability to create an income statement (P & L) and leadership ability to lead discussions and take action based on the numbers.
-Excellent overall problem-solving, customer and employee relations, and communication skills.
-Must have strong experience in takeout and delivery operations.
-PC proficiency. Restaurant POS, KDS and delivery platform savvy.
