The ideal candidate for this position should possess these qualifications:
-3+ years (minimum) of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience in a QSR or fast casual concept with a market span of 6+ units.
-Restaurant units should average $1M-$2M annually in sales.
-A sound foundation of knowledge in laws/regulations pertaining to human resources and labor law compliance.
-Must have proven success in establishing credibility across all levels within an organization and experience with guiding Restaurant General Managers regarding customer experience results, staffing/scheduling, and overall restaurant performance.
-Strong understand of P & L statements and ability to lead business reviews and take action based on the numbers.
-Excellent overall problem-solving, customer and employee relations, and communication skills.
-Restaurant POS, KDS and drive-thru platform savvy.
