As a District Manager, your top priority will be building strong, capable teams. You will be responsible for the financial performance of your restaurants and applying strategies to run great, profitable units. Ideal candidates have strong tenure with similar brands and concepts. -3+ years (minimum) of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience in a QSR or fast casual concept with a market span of 6+ units.
-Restaurant units should average $1M-$2M annually in sales.
-A sound foundation of knowledge in laws/regulations pertaining to human resources and labor law compliance.
-Must have proven success in establishing credibility across all levels within an organization and experience with guiding Restaurant General Managers regarding customer experience results, staffing/scheduling, and overall restaurant performance.
-Strong understanding of P & L statements and ability to lead business reviews and take action based on the numbers.
-Excellent overall problem-solving, customer and employee relations, and communication skills.
-Restaurant POS, KDS and drive-thru platform savvy.
