An industry-leading hospitality company, offering fine dining quality food service for large-scale productions is seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead its culinary production operation in Boston. The company’s mission is to create an exceptional experience for its customers, team members, and the community through a passion for innovative food and "white glove" service. The Executive Chef will oversee a 50+ employee operation, serving several thousand authentic international meals a day. The Executive Chef is responsible for quality assurance and efficient operations across multiple hot and cold kitchen and 1 USDA approved commissary.

-5+ years of Executive Chef or other culinary leadership experience in a high volume, complex culinary operation
-Upscale or fine dining restaurant experience
-Multi-cuisine background and experience cuisine will be highly valued
-Strong communication skills – verbal and written
-Leadership of large teams of culinary employees
-Prior experience working within a MEDINA Quality Food Assurance kitchen
-Flexible work hours to meet the demands of dynamic, high volume operation
-Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
-B.S. Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Services Technology/Management/or related field; or A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or culinary certificate – highly desirable
