• Established culinarian with 2 plus years as a chef, chef de cuisine or executive sous chef
• Farm to table cooking background as well as strong knowledge of regional cooking
• An individual who values and builds great work environments
• A natural teacher with the ability to develop staff as well as engage in public events that include cooking demonstrations
• Must understand the importance of culture in business and thrive in companies with a culture inclusiveness
• Candidates need to know how to manage the business side of the restaurant with a strong understanding of budgets, P&L’s, food cost, labor cost, and inventory
