The ideal candidate for this Executive Chef role brings 3+ years of Executive Chef level experience from an upscale, full-service restaurant group. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in system-based restaurants and solid understanding of BOH financials. We are looking for a chef with high-volume ($6M/year minimum) restaurant experience with heavy private dining/group function culinary experience. Multiple cuisine backgrounds including Contemporary America, Steakhouse and Seafood is a plus. Must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of basic restaurant business administration including food cost and labor management.
