3-5 years of Fine Dining Executive Chef experience in a recognized concept.
High volume experience, $10M/yr, preferred.
Very polished in style and approach.
Excellent wine knowledge and background.
Ability to coach, teach, and develop fine dining service standards and excellent execution.
A in depth understanding of the San Francisco hospitality sector and guest.
Relocation candidates will ONLY be considered if they have previously lived and worked in the SF market.
