RESPONSIBILITIES:

The vision of this concept is to create an unparalleled experience in American Cuisine, with the very best in farm-fresh produce, seafood sourced from the most pristine waters and meats from the highest quality, small production ranches, and farms. The Executive Chef for the high-profile opportunity must be an experienced, creative leader with an independent, fine dining background. The Executive Chef is expected to craft a daily-changing menu that is driven entirely by partnerships with a collection of more than a dozen local farms. We want a personable, positive leader with high professional standards. Our focus is finding a candidate with established credentials and accolades from either the James Beard Society or Michelin Guide, therefore our clients will look at candidates that require relocation.
