The Executive Chef contributes to building top line sales and guest count through the delivery of a competitively superior dining experience.
Candidates must have proven success in serving skillfully and carefully crafted dishes of outstanding quality, in addition to a culinary degree and/or equivalent training with highly respected culinary masters. Impeccable service standards, clean work habits, with great attention to detail. Proven ability to lead staff and positively influence employee behavior. Must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of basic restaurant business administration, including food cost and labor management. Steakhouse experience is highly preferred and high volume ($5mm/yr+) experience is a must.
