Seeking an unrivaled Executive Chef for a high-volume, scratch kitchen restaurant that prides itself on high-quality food and impeccable service located in Panama City, Florida. The Executive Chef has oversight of culinary operations with a strong focus on food quality, consistency, and profitability achieved by providing strong leadership to the culinary team. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Estimate food requirements and manage, purchasing, inventory, and cost
• Give prepared plates the “final touch” ensuring that each dish leaving the kitchen is checked for quality, quantity, presentation, and correct temperature
• Manage staff schedule per business needs and achieve financial budgets
• Provide on-the-job training so all line staff performs effectively and efficiently
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with staff, coworkers, and customers


• Culinary Arts degree/certification or equivalent
• 3 years experience as an Executive or “Head” Chef in a high-volume ($4 million or greater), full-service restaurant
• Solid budgeting skills
• Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends
• Incredible time management skills
• Verifiable effective leadership experience
