-5+ years of Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or equivalent experience in a full-service, upscale dining establishment.
-Culinary proficiency with scratch-made cuisine.
-Candidates must have proven success in serving skillfully and carefully crafted dishes of outstanding quality, in addition to a culinary degree and/or equivalent training with highly respected culinary influencers.
-Impeccable plating standards, clean work habits with great attention to detail.
-Proven ability to lead staff and positively influence employee behavior.
-Must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of basic restaurant business administration including food cost and labor management.
-Experience serving large groups and new restaurant opening experience is a plus.
