RESPONSIBILITIES:

 We are looking for a talented Chef and Kitchen Manager for this chef-driven concept that is rich in authentic Mexican flavors. This position requires high volume experience with sales above $5 million a year.  This concept has proven recipes so little creativity is required. What is required is a passion for great food and people. This is a company that looks for leaders that have a true passion for the craft of cooking and the goal of exceeding guest expectations. REQUIREMENTS:

* 5 plus years as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager for a restaurant
* High Volume experience of $5 million a year
* A team builder for a proven track record of promoting and developing cooks and chefs
* Highly organized operator with a systems background
* No Job Hoppers - two jobs in five years
* Culinary Degree
