Previous experience as an Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager for a full food service restaurant
Ability to manage sales volume of $3 million or higher
NSO experience a plus
Knowledge of common food safety practices
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
