This fast-growing, high-volume restaurant is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager/Chef to lead the Washington DC culinary team. This hugely successful restaurant brings together attentive & generous Persian hospitality along with the unforgettably unique aromas and flavors of Persian cuisine.

The ideal candidate has solid administrative experience, can manage food and labor, and lead the team during service. Experience with high volume a must. The Kitchen Manager’s role is to provide uncompromised excellence at all times, making the Guest and the Cuisine the heart and passion of all they do. The ideal candidate has an unrelenting passion for consistency - ensuring consistent execution of all recipes and ensuring profitability by providing and ensuring quality training, coaching, and follow- through.


2+ years as an Executive Chef and/or Kitchen Manager
Execute and oversee the production of all menu items.
Expedite orders correctly and efficiently to ensure smooth kitchen flow.
Possess good math and communication skills for calculating, communicating, writing requisitions/ completing food inventories and for retrieving information as needed.
Ensure A+ standards for kitchen cleanliness and follow all Health Department Guidelines to ensure proper food handling from the beginning to the end.
Strong financial acuity - understand P&L forecasting and adherence.
