This highly regarded restaurant group is opening its first restaurant in the Houston market and we are seeking a high-level Executive Chef candidate with high-volume, all scratch kitchen experience and a track record and passion for developing people to reach goals and achieve financial results. Personal and professional maturity is a key attribute of success. This group has a strong Guest-first culture, emphasized by a passion for quality and excellence in food, atmosphere and service. Ideally, this individual will join the company prior to opening and train in the Denver market.

- 5 years Executive Chef level experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant atmosphere. Proven track record of delivering financial, human resource, and operational results. Strong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy. Excellent references and a stable job history are required.
High Volume experience is a must! This restaurant is projecting sales volume of $10mm+/yr.
