An industry-leading hospitality company, offering fine dining quality food service for private jets, commercial aviation, and much more, is seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead a flagship operation. The company’s mission is to create an exceptional experience for its customers, team members, and the community through a passion for innovative food and "white glove" service. The Executive Chef will oversee a 100+ employee operation, serving 4-5 Star international airlines and private jet charters preparing several thousand authentic international meals a day. The Executive Chef is responsible for quality assurance and efficient operations across 3 hot kitchens, a cold kitchen and 1 USDA approved commissary.

-5+ years of Executive Chef or other culinary leadership experience in a high volume, complex culinary operation
-Upscale or fine dining NYC restaurant experience, Michelin Star preferred
-Multi-cuisine background and experience with Halal and Asian cuisine will be highly valued
-Strong communication skills
-Leadership of large teams of culinary employees (100+ people preferred)
-B.S. Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Services Technology/Management/or related field; or A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or culinary certificate – highly desirable
-Prior experience working within a MEDINA Quality Food Assurance kitchen
-Flexible work hours to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
-Computer competent with Microsoft Office
