-Candidates for this Executive Sous Chef position must bring at least 3 years of experience in a premium upscale restaurant in a Kitchen Manager or Chef capacity with a high volume restaurant group.
-The Executive Sous Chef will assist the Chef de Cuisine and Culinary Director with day-to-day kitchen operations and will ensure that staff members are trained and knowledgeable about all products including seasonal ingredients and nutritional offerings.
-The Executive Sous Chef will ensure that appropriate cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are followed.
-Must have strong organizational and time management skills, and willingness to roll up sleeves and go above and beyond to exceed the expectations of our Guests and always try to find a way to say "Yes".
