We are searching for an experienced, food and beverage leader who is able to lead and inspire their team to achieve desired results in all areas; guest service excellence, associate excellence, product quality, and financial results. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the regional operations leadership and hotel teams, this role is responsible for bringing profitability, creativity, innovation, and operational excellence to our client's food and beverage businesses, working in partnership with all brands where applicable. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in high-quality independent restaurants/bars and branded hotel food and beverage operations including large-scale banquet and catering.
This role will be based in Atlanta and include travel up to 50%. Operational experience required with major hotel brands; Marriott, Hilton and/or Hyatt. Also, independent restaurant/bar experience and experience developing new concepts. Creative when it comes to both the product and the marketing/promotion of the product. Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Hotel/Restaurant or Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience required. 10 plus years of direct management experience (leading and managing teams) in a large-scale hotel and independent restaurant environment.
