Reporting to the HR Director, the Field Recruiter has oversight of filling management positions for over 100 quick-service restaurants located throughout St. Louis and Arkansas. This position is based in St. Louis with the ability to work remotely 75% of the time and will manage all aspects of recruitment including but not limited to:
-Developing and executing the recruitment strategy customized specifically for their assigned markets in collaboration with field leadership
-Creating job descriptions and ads
-Posting and advertising jobs on appropriate job sites
-Sourcing and screening candidates
-Efficiently filling open management positions with the best-qualified candidates
-Identifying best practices for interviewing and recruitment
-Proactively research and recommend innovative new sources of generating a talent pool of strong potential candidates
-Actively participate in local/industry associations, trade groups, and networks
-Utilize social media and professional networking sites in creative ways to attract and engage candidates
-Coordinate and manage college recruiting efforts and job fairs

Must have a minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume recruiting environment with at least 2 years in the foodservice or restaurant industry
Ability to travel 25% is required
