This contemporary restaurant is fast paced and upbeat. The AGM and General Manager are responsible for assisting with the overall operation of a single restaurant as well as overseeing Back of House functions. Work with the General Manager and Executive Chef in setting the direction of the business in day to day operations as well as a plan to grow the business, drive sales and manage costs.
We are looking to add to the team in anticipation of the concept opening new locations in the Chicago market.
High level of food and whiskey knowledge.
3-5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full service restaurant
Experienced with P&L, inventory, scheduling, etc.
Skilled in developing and training teams based in mutual respect
Skilled in managing a high-volume, systems-driven restaurant
