We are working with an award-winning fast-casual hot chicken joint opening in Greenville this Spring. Their fried chicken was recently ranked as the nation's "Top 20" by USA Today. We are looking for candidates to run a fast-paced restaurant with strong leadership skills by keeping others accountable with solid communication and integrity. Experience with new store openings is required.
General Manager Requirements include:
*Hands-on managing a staff of 20-30 people (FOH and BOH)
*Overseeing the recruiting, onboarding, and training of all new staff
*Managing labor costs with effective schedule writing and enforcement
*Experience with the use of sales forecasting and SPLH a plus.
*Controlling food cost by being attentive to purchases, menu item preparation, and organized invoice management
*Maintaining the integrity of our menu and food quality while enforcing proper health code protocols
*Driving top line sales with targeted marketing initiatives
*Connecting to our community with quality time to enhance the guest experience, especially the one within the Crosstown Concourse.
General Manager Qualifications:
*Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management (or comparable) experience
*Effective leadership skills with strong communication and the ability to keep others accountable
*Experience reading P&Ls and using the data to motivate proper business action
*Experience with accounting and inventory management software a plus
*Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets, and Social Media a plus
