The General Manager will manage and lead the team and overall operational aspects of the hotel which includes ensuring the success of the hotel, meeting or exceeding revenue and profit goals, effectively controlling costs, and ensuring associate satisfaction, product quality, and outstanding guest service. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, the GM will inspire and support this recently renovated hotel's leadership to team to reach their highest potential while delivering results.
A minimum of 4 years progressive hotel experience is required with at least 1 year experience as a Hotel General Manager
Must have a valid driver license
Strong computer skills including email, document, and spreadsheet applications
PMS experience (Opera, OnQ, Visual Matrix...)
Understanding of financials and financial reporting
HIghly disciplined with a focus on elevating guest satisfaction
Prior IHG experience is valued
