-The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of restaurant general management experience in a busy café concept or 5 years of recent AGM (or equivalent) experience in a large, full service restaurant concept
-Must be honest, genuine, and have an ownership-driven mentality ----Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities
- -NYC DOH Food Handler’s Certification
-A sound foundation of knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to hospitality human resources compliance
-New restaurant opening experience is a plus
