Must have a minimum of 4 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience in full-service dining concepts.
Ability to create and implement systems, pars and training initiatives.
Strong understanding of and passion for beverage programs as well as wine programs.
Ability to attract and understand different generational expectations.
Excellent leadership abilities with a strong desire to mentor, develop and motivate others.
Ability to uphold and emulate the highest standards of hospitality.
Ability to "work the floor".
Solid background in training and development.
