Seeking an established, forward-thinking, and self-driven General Manager for a food and beverage driven movie/entertainment group with a focus on delivering operational and service excellence in a luxury environment. The General Manager will combine their high-volume restaurant operations expertise and dynamic leadership skills to motivate a staff of 120 to achieve and or exceed sales, quality, and customer satisfaction expectations. The General Manager reports to the Director of Operations and has complete oversight of the group's new location in Downtown Miami.
A minimum of 5 years of Restaurant General Manager experience with a stable employment history is required
Must have a minimum of 2 years of high-volume ($5 million or greater) restaurant leadership experience
Prior experience managing a FOH and BOH staff of 90 or greater
Ability to obtain Serve Safe Manager Certification within 30 days of employment
Deep commitment to developing/mentoring/coaching others
Ability and willingness to work some weekends, evenings, and holidays
