This family-run QSR is looking for a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead the team. This restaurant takes pride in its family recipes (passed down for generations in Mexico), from scratch preparation and strong, people-first culture. The ideal General Manager will ensure that business is conducted in a way that fosters the enthusiasm, satisfaction, and high performance of all employees and has worked with fresh food concepts and understands scratch-cooking.
He or She must and be fluent in both English and Spanish (or conversational in one and fluent in the other). Only candidates that understand that with compassion and care, a real difference can be made – in someone's day, in a career path, in the community - will be considered.

Must possess a proven understanding and track record of achieving operational results

At least three years as General Manager or 5 years of recent AGM (or equivalent) experience in a full service or QSR restaurant.
