This upmarket quick service restaurant concept featuring high quality, natural food, and an organic coffee program, is seeking a General Manager. As a General Manager with this concept, you will be responsible for building and leading proud and professional teams to deliver wonderfully fresh, made-from-scratch food in a cheerful, fun work environment. Prior General Manager (or 3+ years of Assistant General Manager) experience in the restaurant industry and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. A sincere passion for high-quality foodservice and restaurant operations. Ability to understand an income statement (P & L) and leadership ability to take action based on the numbers. A desire to deliver a wonderful experience to our customers and ensure our teams are happy, love their jobs and are developed into our leaders of the future.
