The General Manager will manage and lead the team and overall operational aspects of this iconic, branded, full-service hotel located in Downtown Ashville, NC which includes ensuring the success of the hotel, meeting or exceeding revenue and profit goals, and elevating associate satisfaction, product quality, and guest service. The General Manager provides exemplary leadership and helps to create an atmosphere which cultivates the company's core values.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of Hotel General Manager experience at a full-service hotel
Hyatt or Marriott brand experience is highly preferred
Western North Carolina market experience is valued
